If you are using our shuttle please contact the shuttle company (Maritur).
If it more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time, please email *****.com no later than 24 hours before your scheduled transportation.
If you encounter changes or significant delays that happen while en route to Cancun, please call Alicia Hernandez with Maritur shuttle company at +52 1 998 214 6752.
It is also helpful to let our Novo Conference team know of your delays. In the Whova app, go to "Community" then select "Travel Troubles". You may also email us (slower response time) at *****.org.
