The Whova app was set up in part because the Iberostar Hotel app does not include any of the critical conference details. You should be able to get most of what you need in the Whova app. I will add that the Iberostar map can be a bit hard to use. I believe the hotel map we have in Whova is much easier to use.
The Iberostar app does a few things that you cannot get here in our Whova app. You may want to use it to:
Make reservations for the dinner restaurants and learn the hours, menus and dress codes for all eating establishments.
Find details about on-site shows and activities.
Details about the Star Camp for children.
Get a better understanding of the hotel's efforts to be environmentally friendly.
Number 1 above is really the only thing I found it useful for. Read the FAQ about Meals and Restaurants to have a better meal experience.
