This property is very large--comprised of five resorts all nestled side-by-side. You have been issued a wrist band and the color of that band gets you access to the two pools, bars, and restaurants located on the two resorts known as Del Mar (where most of us are staying) and Beach (where a handful of families are staying).
Although this property can be confusing, we hope the maps we have included in this app will help you find your way around the resort.
The walk from the beach to the Convention Center is 7/10 of a mile. Most hotel rooms are about a half-mile walk to the Convention Center. The following tips may help:
Bring comfortable shoes suitable for walking long distances!!!
The hotel does run golf carts on the cart path on the edge of the property. These carts will assist you with getting to/from your room. However, they can be sporadic and I would not count on them to be there when you want them.
In addition, Novo has rented four six-seater golf carts that we will operate before and after the main sessions to help transport attendees to/from the Convention Center.
These carts will be operational at the following times.
July 24, 25, 26: 8-9am and 12-12:30pm.
July 27: 6:30-7:30pm and 8:30-9:00pm.
July 28-30: 8-9am; 11-11:30am; 6:30-7:30pm;9:30-10pm.
The carts will only operate on the cart path by the Del Mar hotel rooms, the Del Mar lobby, and the Convention Center.
