You’ll have access to a fitness center (must be at least 16 years of age) furnished with the latest exercise equipment and machines. You’ll also have a cycling studio offering daily classes, and two multi-sport rooms where you have the chance to try yoga, Zumba, kickboxing, body pump, boot camp, and more. All activities are led by certified instructors.

You can also play tennis on the resort tennis courts, or even take your game to the next level by booking a class with a coach. The beach also gives you plenty of options to practice water sports. Kayaking, catamaran sailing, snorkeling, and windsurfing are free for the first hour.

Golfers will enjoy the professional 18-hole course, Iberostar Playa Paraíso Golf, located within the hotel complex. Designed by Pete Dye, it fields four sets of tees to accommodate pros and beginners alike. It’s also home to a clubhouse with shops and restaurants, as well as packages and special rates for Iberostar guests.

Take a PADI certification course or discover the depths of the Riviera Maya alongside experienced divers. Dive trips can be done along the entire coast of Playa del Carmen, in the cenotes of the Yucatán jungle, or on the island of Cozumel. Go turtle watching and scuba dive around shipwrecks with Dressel Divers, conveniently located at the hotel beach.
