The hotel rooms have Type B plugs (as shown in the photo). The voltage in Mexico (127V) is slightly different that what is found in the United States (110/120V), but US based products should all work fine.
If you are coming from Europe or other locations with 220V devices you will need an adapter and possibly a voltage converter.
Note: MANY modern electronics (from mobile phones to computers) will work on a range of voltages from 110V to 220V).
