It is going to be a very long week for your children and for our volunteers caring for our children. For the good of the kids and our volunteers, please adhere to the following drop off and pick-up parameters:
Drop off your children no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled session time.
Pick up your children no more than 15 minutes after the scheduled session time, even if the session is running long.
Please note: Child care is not offered during all sessions. In the Whova App, you can see a schedule for the Children/Youth Program by going to the "Agenda" and selecting "Children/Youth Track".
During afternoon hours, Novo's Child Care program is not available. If you desire care for your child during this time frame, we recommend that you check out the hotel's Star Camp program that offers a fun program, free of charge, for children ages 4-17.
