The beach/pool towels may be picked up from a small booth/shack located next to the pool. Locate it in our map using the Whova app. They are not in your room, so do not waste your time searching for them.
The good news is that you can exchange your towels for no charge as needed in order to have a fresh and clean towel.
The bad news is that some of the staff at this towel exchange can be a bit abrupt and will warn you that they are tracking the return of your towels. Furthermore, failing to return your towel will result in a $30 USD fine.
All that said, keep track of your beach/pool towel(s) and make sure to return them to the towel shack prior to checking out at the end of the week. Don't simply leave them in your room.
